Who are the Music Moves Me bloggers? They are bloggers who blog about music each Monday and if you have music to share, you are most welcome to join! (Music Posts Only-meaning at least one music video, please!) First, there is Marie from XmasDolly. Her co-hosts are: Stacy from Stacy Uncorked, Cathy from Curious as a Cathy, and Alana from Ramblin’ with AM. We’d love more music lovers to join us. It’s easy! All you have to do is add your link with a music post that contains at least one music video (there must be a music video). And that’s it! Each month, except December, we have a guest conductor.
All you have to do is add your link with a music post that contains at least one music video (there must be a music video). And that’s it! Each month, except December, we have a guest conductor. Today its one of our favorite followers This month’s honorary co-host is Patrick from Adventures in Weseland, and his theme for today is he’s requesting songs written and/or recorded by teenagers (under 18 yrs. of age) in honor of National Children’s Day! Very unique Patrick! I totally love it, so come on everybody LETS BOOGIE!!!
Our first tune is: I think I love You (2021 Version) by The Partridge Family
Next up is “Shirley Temple”! Good ship Lollipop!
Up next is: “Somewhere over the Rainbow” by Judy Garland!
Last, but not least “The Jackson 5 “The Love You Save” on The Ed Sullivan Show!
HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!
Well, we both had “Over The Rainbow,” and I also used a Jackson 5 song, so we were on the same wavelength there… Great picks!
Great picks. Judy was already used but always a wonderful song. The Jackson 5 are popular today.
I love how you used Judy Garland, Shirley Temple, and the Jackson Five. Gave me a “why didn’t I think of that?” moment. Well done! P.S. the link you left on the linky leads to a Error 404 page. But I searched and found your correct link. Wonder why that happened? Alana ramblinwitham

Oh, little Shirley Temple. She was quite a talent, as were all of these. Thanks for the fun memories.

Marie,
My younger self is saying, “Oh be still my heart, David Cassidy!” lol I had such a crush on that boy when I was a young girl. Poor guy his life off screen was anything but peachy compared to his character Keith Partridge. I still enjoy music from this TV show band, The Partridge Family. Little Michael Jackson was such a cutie. You can tell even in these old videos that he was the real star of the Jackson 5. As much as I liked MJ’s 80s music, there’s something really magical about the family’s Motown hits. Thanks for sharing the dance floor with me, darlin’. I’m sorry for the screwy mix up with the linky code not displaying properly on my site. Have a boogietastic week, dearie!
Such brilliant talent and so young 💜
A great playlist here. Thanks for sharing it.
